We all have a different way of dealing with things right. Well I am a runner. Not physically although I have been on the treadmill more lately.
But I’m talking about running figuratively. I’m not really a confrontational person. Growing up I was never one to fight or argue too much face to face.
I was the one who got mad, went to their room, yelled it out, got up the next morning and moved on. People say that’s not healthy.
I got a question though. What is the healthy way? Cause I don’t think fighting and arguing is any better.
